Description
The Smart Storing Modification for beam-mounted pull-out units is an accessory that adapts a standard pull-out unit to fit deeper pallet racking, built for warehouse teams matching units to existing rack dimensions. The lower part is extended so a standard beam-mounted unit can be mounted in a deeper rack while the upper part keeps the standard 1200 mm depth.
The modification is made from steel and is integrated into the pull-out unit at manufacture; it cannot be ordered separately. It allows the same proven beam-mounted mechanism to be used across racking of different depths without changing the loading surface.
Beam-mounted units fit on the cross-beams between the pallet racking uprights, with the lower frame bolted to the beams and the upper frame running out on double ball bearings. The modification keeps installation simple while matching the rack depth required.
